Reopening and Learning Continuity Plans for schools in Inyo County for the 2020-2021 school year
Learning Continuity and Attendance Plans
Situation Update 04/02/2020 Board Resolution 2020-03
Inyo County School Superintendents, Administrators and other essential employees have been working diligently the past few months navigating through this time of uncertainty. We had high hopes of reopening schools this Fall by having students and staff on campus and in the classrooms. Unfortunately, over the past several days, Inyo County has experienced a spike in COVID-19 positive cases and we’ve been advised by our local Public Health Director that it is recommended that all schools transition to a Distance Learning model to start the 2020-2021 school year. Below you’ll find links with helpful information regarding the plans for different districts/schools in Inyo County. We will revisit this situation in about six weeks to see where Inyo County stands with COVID-19 cases. Our hopes are to return to in-person instruction in the classroom in our near future. If you have any questions, please contact the school of which you are inquiring.
