Reservation Requests

To make a reservation, send an email or phone Mike Muldoon at 760-938-2936 with your desired dates and requirements. We look forward to assisting you in having a great stay at the center.

Group Size

Minimum groups size is 20 persons.

Please review the terms of the Sierra Adventure Center lease agreement. This agreement must be executed and its terms complied with for any reservations to be honored.

Check our calendar to ensure the dates that you are interested in are available.

Cancellation Policy

91 or more days prior to event: 50% deposit refund
30-90 days prior to event: 25% deposit refund
30 days or less prior to event: No refund

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, we provide a nicely appointed kitchen and you provide the food, beverages, paper products and cook.  However, we are happy to provide contact information for local caterers if you prefer not handle the food preparation yourself.

  • No, so please bring your sleeping bag or sheets, blankets and pillow. Also bring along your bath towel, wash cloth and personal toiletries.

  • Yes, we provide free wifi for our guests.

  • Sorry, we do not allow pets. Service dogs are welcome of course.

  • No, The Sierra Adventure Center is a tobacco free facility.

  • Yes! We would love to show you around.  Please be sure to call the center at 760 – 938 -9236 to set up a time.

  • Please visit NOAA for helpful weather info.  Keep in mind the high country will be about 20 degrees cooler than the Valley Floor (Big Pine).
